Speak after the job. Secure service knowledge instantly.
Service technicians speak briefly after the job. fieldbrain assigns it to customer, site, asset and service case, records the fault, the cause, the work done and the parts used together with their evidence, turns follow-up work into tasks with a date and keeps the knowledge with the object, even when the responsible technician changes.
The Reality
The knowledge lives in the job, not in the report.
Dozens of technicians are out every day on commissioning, maintenance and repair jobs.
What they see on site, a recurring fault, a cause, a part that will be missing next time, often ends up only as a short note in the service app.
Dispatch reviews reports and passes data on to the ERP, but rarely sees what was left between the lines.
On the next job at the same site, a different technician starts from zero again.
How fieldbrain works
A short word after the job. Everything that matters stays.
Speak instead of type
Say what happened, right at the van. fieldbrain assigns the job to the right customer, site, asset and service case. Anything that is not clear stays open instead of being guessed.
Only evidence becomes knowledge
Every point stays tied to the sentence it was named in. Assumptions stay assumptions, measurements stay measurements.
Service Memory keeps growing
Fault, cause, condition, work done and parts needed stay with the right object, across jobs and across technicians.
Handover under control
What was spoken becomes reports, proof and tasks. Whatever goes into your ERP or FSM, you check and confirm first.

A day in field service with fieldbrain
Seven a.m., maintenance at an existing customer. Afterwards, still at the van, a short dictation: what was done, what stood out, what is due next time. Commissioning at noon, a repair in the afternoon, each followed by a dictation. The same day, dispatch sees which follow-up work is open and who takes it.
One core, two work areas
The same technology. Separate work.
Sales and service do not work alike, and fieldbrain does not pretend otherwise. Underneath sits the same technology: understand spoken language, tie every point to its evidence, attach it to the right object and carry it forward over time. On top sit two separate work areas with their own objects, views and permissions.
Sales Memory
Customer, deal, contact. Objections, competitors, decision path, next step. The goal is the close.
Service Memory
Customer, site, asset, service case. Fault, cause, work performed, parts, proof. The goal is the working asset.
For technicians, dispatch and service management. And for companies that have both: one account, one contract, two work areas that stay out of each other's way.
Your system stays
ERP and field service systems
fieldbrain replaces neither your ERP nor your field service system. It sits in front of them: the technician speaks, fieldbrain records, and whatever goes back into your system you see first and release yourself. We connect both kinds of system, ERP and field service management, individually and agreed during onboarding.
